A) Field Sales Engineer

We are looking for candidates who are willing to travel extensively.


  • The candidate should be from a bio-medical background with 1-5 years’ experience in selling of medical devices at an institutional level.
  • Prior knowledge and experience on ICU Ventilators, Respiratory devices, Neonatal equipment will be given preference
  • Graduate, BE, Biomedical, BSc, BBM, BBA, Diploma

Role and Responsibility:

  • Generate leads - Meeting Doctor, Hospital Administrators to promote company's product and generate sales
  • Get Customer feedback and document it
  • To provide demo of the assigned products to the interested customers. Effectively communicate the key features and benefits of assigned products
  • Provide proposal to interested customers, negotiate in line with company directives and follow up to secure orders on behalf of the company.
  • Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
  • Responsible for profitable operations of the company in a competitive environment.
  • Sales of Medical Devices in field of Neonatal, Critical care, & Respiratory care
  • Establish & maintain close relationships with the Doctors, Paramedical staff & Purchase Department to develop the business for the company.
  • Establishing sales & marketing goals & actively monitoring and reporting progress.

Other Requirements:

  • Good command over language - Fluency in English and local language
  • Good time management, strong verbal and written communication skills along with active listening
  • Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving
  • Ability to manage multiple lead requirements in one go
  • Good team-work skills and interpersonal skills
  • Should be sincere, honest and hardworking
  • Should be ethical and trustworthy
  • Flexible in Travelling extensively as & when required
